We aim to empower our customers to drive profitable growth through an optimised product portfolio. To achieve this, we begin by providing a straightforward visual analysis based on fundamental supply chain parameters, using a process called PROUDER. The customer’s portfolio is analysed and categorised according to key criteria: profitability, volume, and shipping volatility, following a specific logic.
Multiple dashboard screens present crucial insights in a clear and accessible manner, offering key information on SKU status within the sales portfolio. This includes a self-explanatory SKU classification, comparative sales performance, and a profitability analysis.
PROUDE-R Segments are classified as follows:
-

Based on this information and process, very specific activities will be developed to eliminate losses and help your team to focus on what matters vs. everything at the same time.

Empowering Supply Chain Teams Across Borders: Syncronus.ch Onboarding with Orion360
Last week, we had the pleasure of conducting an online Syncronus.ch onboarding training with nearly 30 participants from our partner Orion360 in Cairo, Egypt. The audience represented a dynamic mix-from supply chain newcomers to seasoned SC managers-all eager to deepen their understanding of end-to-end flow performance.
Throughout the session, participants experienced firsthand how quickly a demand signal can escalate dramatically and how essential it is to have the right processes and tools in place to maintain control across the e2e network. Our discussions highlighted not only the technical aspects of managing demand but also the transformational power of cultural change required to stabilize flow and enable breakthrough improvements in cost, cash, and service performance.
For those who want to explore these concepts further, I invite you to listen to the audiobook* - a concise 15-minute summary you can easily listen on your way home.
A big thank you to the Orion360 team for the strong engagement, curiosity, and collaboration. We look forward to continuing this journey together-building stronger, more resilient supply chains across regions and industries. If you or your company are interested in receiving a free training on Syncronus.ch and how it can solve supply chain performance challenges, feel free to contact me.
